Monitor and verify activities of Food Handlers to ensure all products coming in and out of the kitchen meet Food Safety Standards
Determine and manage Food Safety Policies, Processes and Procedures to meet regulatory requirements
Establish and/or Update existing Food Safety Documentation
Manage Food Safety Customer Complaints and initiate appropriate enforcement action
Perform Compliance Audits, Inspection and Verification activities
Provide Internal Food Safety Training to Food Handlers annually
