1.Daily monitoring of the teams activities, updating the Kanban, Site Forge and Internal Trackers.
2.Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates
3.Build Planning with Regional Roll-out teams
4.Assessment on the do-ability of the sites & ensure enablement & completion based on the agreed timeline
5.Provide Regular internal & external report & ensure accurate data
6.Lead Coordination meetings with internal & external domains
