Encode, post and process journal entries, invoices and disbursement vouchers to ensure all business transactions were properly posted at the end of the day with Quickbooks.
Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations.
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Assist Finance Head in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Work with auditors/ consultants on accounting and tax reports.
Check BIR tax reports prepared by tax associate to ensure the correct calculation & tax law application.
