The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients.
Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer's Service Level Agreement, complies with total quality customer's service standards.
Provides Technical support to all Departments in Product Demonstration
Performs other responsibilities to meet overall Goals/Objectives of the company.
