Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to broadband/internet services.
Assist customers with troubleshooting connectivity issues, modem/router setups, and network performance problems.
Provide information about broadband plans, service availability, upgrades, billing, and usage.
Process new service requests, plan changes, or cancellations.
Log and track customer issues in the CRM system and follow up as needed.
Escalate technical issues to network operations or engineering teams when necessary.
