He/She will lead the HR and Admin team and will be responsible for the day-to-day HR processes of the plant operations within Bataan.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, and other related 4-year courses
Minimum of twelve (12) years of supervisory experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role
Has been assigned to handle Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement works
Preferably worked for a conglomerate or big company like SMC
Lives within Bataan (nearby Mariveles or Limay) […]
