PRIMARY DUTIES:
Identify clients project needs and goals
Liaise with project stakeholders (e.g. Accounts Manager, client, independent manpower, etc) concerning project details and deliverables in a harmoniousmanner
Create and ensure on-time submission of project compliance requirements (e.g. post-activity reports, budget requests, liquidations, execution plans and others)
Acquire suppliers suitable with the project budget and requirements
Conduct pre-event onsite inspection/oculars
Manage ingress/egress of an event/activation
