Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during the shift.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns promptly.
Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
Handle cash, process transactions, and perform end-of-shift financial reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen, floor, or inventory staff to ensure service flow.
Support onboarding and training of new employees.
Communicate shift updates to management and escalate issues when needed.
