The Tax Specialist serves as the immediate assistant of Tax Manager for all tax matters and responsible for the tax compliance of FDC
Utilities, Inc. and all other subsidiaries or entities within the FDC Utilities Group handled by FDCUI F&A. He/she assists in executing
