The QCT Associate conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers. They also provide solutions to the technical issues that may arise during residential unit turnover to ensure total quality control. Aside from this, they also support horizontal developments through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with the clients and their designer to ensure that the plans conform with the construction guidelines and deed of restrictions.
