Job Purpose
Responsible for the evaluation, filing and monitoring of chargeback/disputed transactions including preparation of its GL entries and ensuring chargeback settlements, review of its representations/dispute responses, documentations, and ensures remedies are accurately taken in accordance to the guidelines and procedure.
Responsible in ensuring that the proper communications/notification to the clients are performed and the necessary coordination to Schemes/Associations are executed for any escalations on schemes online/system issues/queries. […]
