1. Knowledgeable Linux or Unix is required
2. Knowledgeable in Shell or Bash Scripting is required.
3. Knowledgeable or Familiarity in IBM MQ, IIB, Cast Iron, and Data Power is a plus
4. Knowledgeable or Familiarity in SQL is a plus.
5. Must be detail-oriented and can work independently
6. Willing to work in Operations Support/Service Management structure
7. Basic ITIL knowledge a plus
8. Business Analysis experience a plus
9. Willing to work on-site work on regular weekdays work schedule of regular (8AM to 5PM), 24x7 Shifting Schedule (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM).
