BS Industrial Engineering, BS Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with related work experience as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in Semiconductor Industry.
Knowledgeable in CLF- PLATING, (EOL) MOLD, DTFS, LASER MARK process.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cupang.
