Attend morning rounds with the head ward nurse, attends to needs of the patient. Remove all used or discontinued equipment from area. Performs ECG to patients (in patients & out-patients)
Maintain cleanliness and ordiness of the area including such equipments. Request and receives the medical supplies. Receives request and issue charge slips.
Checks and recieves articles from the outgoing aide. Account for all linen during the shift and endorse to the next shift. Submits ECG tracing to Residents in charge and type the official results.
Interview child's birth certificate and submit to medical records...
