-Responsible for world-class customer assistance by responding to product and service inquiries within service level.
-Meets client expectations by gathering facts, identifying symptoms, evaluating and analyzing needs, and following quality guidelines.
-Helps consumers via a knowledge base, laboratory, and other resources.
-Consistently meet or exceed scorecard expectations.
-Follows system changes and alerts a supervisor for personal training.
