Desktop Support Duties:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Assist employees with email setup, password resets, and account access.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
Ensure all systems have the latest updates and security patches.
Log and track IT support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
