The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service in food and beverage establishments, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with menu selections.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness in dining, service, and kitchen areas.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
