They survive because of the money given by plenty of unsuspecting and eager job seekers applicants. The employees of-course will defend their company because they got their pay checks from these flocks or sheep. The sad thing is some of the employees there do not know what is really happening as the top management knows the modus. Cons: you will never be applied to what they post becuase its a marketing strategy to attract job applicant and the applicant will provide money to them
