When you say Electa Tarlac, there are some misconceptions about the company name. First thing that will come into mind is the area Tarlac and electricity. Although the area Tarlac is partly correct, the electrical nature of the business isn't. The company had been in the business of manufacturing gravel and sand for more than 25 years already. It didn't became an electrical industry ever since. While Tarlac area is partly correct because the company also has different site area other than Tarlac. Currently we have our head office at Manila, our oldest site at Quezon, and two sites at Tarlac. We are still developing and finalizing projects in Batangas and Pangasinan. I believe that this company are still on the growth since they are thriving to be the best and is gathering more competent members to be part of the family. Reaching greater heights and gaining great career growth for the employees. There may be some setbacks and adjustments, but it is a good sign because any great company was once the worst company. Do you want to know the difference between those who succeed and those that didn't? They didn't listen to people who criticized and thrown ill information. They thrive, pushed through, and persevered. If you want to know more about the company, don't listen to other hoax information. They use it as dirty strategies to pull down other companies.
